Noise and bustle, lots of stimuli and demands of our everyday life very often hinder us from listening to the quiet voice of our inner wise or to see our soul path.

By means of meditation, mindfulness and imagination we will give you the space and time to hear your inner voice and to see your very own soul pictures.

Meditation in individual sessions: 30-60 minutes

Meditation in groups: 60 minutes

Autogenous training and relaxation in groups:

  • 10x 60 minutes
  • Workshop for one day (10am – 6pm)


Retreat in groups: for example Friday evening to Sunday afternoon
